Ladder Exercises 

For the first 10-15 minutes, this is our preparation. We work on speed, quickness, stability, as well as technique exercises with the ball. This routine will help with foot-eye coordination, agility, and balance.

Ball Mastery

A VARIETY of cone drills will be portrayed. This is how an individual will raise their confidence with 1v1 situations.

 

We'll improve on awareness and construct wiser touches when surrounded by defenders.

 

The more we develop on our ABC'S (Approach, Balance, Coordination), the better the result.
